Close the website and log in again using Google Chrome or Safari.

There is an issue with YouTube globally at the moment, whereby you are being asked to confirm 'you are not a bot'. This is happening on websites worldwide and is out of the control of the websites themselves. It is often rectified using Google Chrome as your preferred browser, and also signing in to YouTube if you have a YouTube account. We are working on a long term solution, please bear with us.

If you are using wireless on your mobile device then try switching to your mobile data. Avoid signing in via Facebook and type the website address into your internet browser, rather than using the app which is saved to your Home Screen

Close other web pages where possible and clear the history / cache (see support page). Type in the website again and log in.

Contact support@legsbumsandbubbas.com and state which videos you are unable to view, with the make and model of your device. Please screenshot what is happening and attach to your email

If you have already entered a password and email address, then tap on ‘log in’ and use these details.

You will then be sent to a payment page to sign up.

If this does not work then email a screenshot of what is happening with the problem to the support page at support@legsbumandbubbas.com

Check your email address linked to your payment is the same one you are trying to log in with.

• Make sure your email address is spelt correctly.

• Make sure your last payment was successful.

• Clear the history, refresh the page and type in the website again using Google chrome or safari

Open Settings:

• Tap the Settings app on your home screen.

Scroll Down and Select Safari:

• Scroll through the settings menu until you find Safari. Tap on it to open Safari settings.

Clear History and Website Data:

Scroll down and tap on Clear History and Website Data.

Confirm the Action:

• A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

On Mac (macOS)

Open Safari:

• Click the Safari icon in your Dock or open it from the Applications folder.

Access the Safari Menu:

• In the top menu bar, click on Safari and then select Preferences.

Navigate to the Privacy Tab:

• In the Preferences window, click on the Privacy tab.

Manage Website Data:

• Click on Manage Website Data….

Remove All Data:

• In the dialog that appears, click Remove All.

• Confirm by clicking Remove Now in the pop-up window.

On Google Chrome & on Windows and macOS (Desktop)

Open Chrome:

• Launch the Google Chrome browser.

Access the Settings Menu:

• Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the browser window.

• Hover over More tools, then select Clear browsing data….

Choose Time Range:

• In the Clear browsing data window, select the Time range for which you want to clear the cache. To delete everything, select All time.

Select what you want to remove

• Ensure that Cached images and files is checked. YIt helps to also delete Browsing history and Cookies and other site data

Clear Data:

• Click the Clear data button to delete the selected information.

On Android Devices

Open Chrome:

• Tap the Chrome app on your Android device.

Access the Menu:

• Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner.

Navigate to Settings:

• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Clear Browsing Data:

• Tap on Privacy and security.

• Select Clear browsing data.

Choose Time Range:

• Select All time.

Select Cached Images and Files:

• Ensure Cached images and files is checked. You can also select other data types as needed.

Clear Data:

• Tap Clear data to remove the cached files.

On iPhone and iPad (iOS) if you use Chrome

• Tap the three horizontal dots (⋯) at the bottom-right corner.

• Ensure Cached Images and Files is toggled on. You can also select other data types like Browsing History and Cookies, Site Data.

Clear Data:

• Tap Clear Browsing Data at the bottom.

• Confirm by tapping Clear Browsing Data again in the pop-up.

You can display videos from your iPhone on a larger TV using one of these simple methods:

1. AirPlay with Apple TV or Smart TV
