Classes are designed for especially for mums. All exercises are safe to do postnatally, and target the body parts which most mums want to exercise and strengthen.
Classes run in five weeks blocks, with the option to try one session first before signing up.
Bring your children! There's no age limit. Babies and toddlers enjoy the class and school age children attend in the holidays.
The class is for all abilities and is energetic and fun. You are encouraged to take it at your own pace.
Speak to Kate before booking if you feel unsure or anxious. Don't feel you are alone if you are nervous, it is completely understandable and normal!
These group classes are a lovely way to meet like-minded mums. There is also an online messenger group for each class, where mums can chat and support each other.

You are all in the same situation, don't worry!!
The class is fun and light hearted. You attend to your baby anytime and take rests as much as you need to.
Uplifting dance music is always played and you will have an effective full body workout!
A few toys are out for the babies and children, and you are welcome to bring bouncers, blankets, toys etc.
Most mums worry about their children crying, having tantrums etc. Kate is a mum herself and completely unerstands that children don't do as they are told, this is definitely not a problem! We are all mums together and the class is non-judgemental and supportive.
The children can roam around freely in class, play and interact. Of course, we want them to enjoy themselves too! Normally, babies become pre-occupied with the stimulation of the music and movement, and toddlers happily play or join in.
Crying, nappy changing, sleeping, feeding, etc is all part of it. You may incorporate your children into some of the exercises but this is entirely up to you.
