This challenge is safe and suitable for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond! Perfect if you have little time but want to get fit!

Simply 10 exercises - do just 10 reps of each. For example, 10 squats, 10 punches, etc. Do this everyday to complete your 'Daily 10'.

The list of exercises will on the weekly challenge card every Monday (posted in the members' facebook group - please ask if unsure)

You will also find a DEMO VIDEO every Monday in the 'workout videos' section on this website. Watch before you start!!
